The Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode has inducted 683 participants into the 18th batch of its Executive Post Graduate Programme – Interactive Learning (EPGP–IL), making it the largest Executive MBA cohort in the institute’s history.
According to an official statement from IIM Kozhikode, the batch also records the highest-ever representation of women at nearly 29 percent, marking a steady shift in the gender profile of executive management education.

683 participants across 6 sections and 67 learning centres
The EPGP–18 cohort is spread across six academic sections and operates through 67 learning centres located across India. The programme follows an interactive, centre-based learning model, enabled by IIM Kozhikode’s technology partner TimesPro, allowing participants to attend classes from their city of residence or workplace.

Women account for nearly 29 percent of the EPGP–18 cohort, the highest proportion recorded since the programme’s inception. The institute said this reflects growing participation of women professionals in structured executive education pathways.
