The University of Sioux Falls invites applications for an on-ground, full-time faculty position in Business – Accounting and
Finance, to begin in the fall of 2026. The University of Sioux Falls is a private Christian university offering a positive, collegial work

dental insurance, employer HSA contributions, and tuition remission. Salary and academic rank (Assistant or Associate) will be commensurate
with education and experience.
QUALIFICATIONS AND MAJOR FUNCTIONS
Candidates must possess an earned
master’s degree in accounting/business or a related field. A CPA license is required or the ability to earn by Fall 2026. An earned or
in-progress Doctorate (JD, PhD, EdD, or similar) is a plus but not required for hire.
The primary responsibility of this faculty
member will be to teach primarily undergraduate business accounting and finance courses at all levels. Although faculty may teach both
on-ground and online, the primary role of this individual is on-ground teaching. Evidence of successful undergraduate teaching is
helpful.
The successful candidate must have a passion for teaching, advising, and mentoring students at a Christian Liberal Arts
University. This individual will also participate in the life of the university and community. The faculty member will engage in
professional scholarship, curriculum assessment, prospective student recruitment, and development. The applicant must pass the required
background check prior to appointment.
