JNVST Navodaya Result 2026 Class 6 Declared: The Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti has declared the results for the Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Selection Test (JNVST) Class 6 entrance examination 2026. Students who appeared for the exam can now check their results on the official website, navodaya.gov.in.
The selection list has been released online, allowing candidates to verify their qualifying status for admission. To access the result, candidates will have to log in using their roll number and date of birth.
Steps to check JNVST Class 6 Result 2026
Step 1: Visit the official website — navodaya.gov.in
Step 2: Click on the “Latest @ NVS” section on the homepage
Step 3: Select the link for JNVST Class 6 Result 2026
Step 4: Click on “View Individual Result”
Step 5: Enter your roll number and date of birth
Step 6: Submit the details to view your result
Step 7: Download and print the result for future use
The result displays key details such as the student’s name, marks obtained and whether they have been shortlisted for admission to Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas. In addition to the online announcement, shortlisted candidates are also being informed through SMS and Speed Post.
The JNVST Class 6 admission process began with the application window opening on April 30, 2026, which remained active until August 27, this year. Admit cards for the entrance test were issued on November 17, 2026, ahead of the examination. The test is conducted for admission to Class 6 in the network of residential schools run by NVS across the country.
Students who have been selected will now have to complete the admission formalities. For verification, candidates are required to submit documents such as a birth certificate, residence certificate, rural area certificate (if applicable), caste certificate, disability certificate (if applicable), proof of studying in the same district for the past two years, passport-size photographs and a transfer certificate from the previous school.
