Boston College Carroll School of Management seeks applicants for a full-time, non-tenure track position in Accounting starting Fall 2026. Applicants must have at least a master’s degree or professional certification, a record of excellence in teaching at the undergraduate and/or graduate levels and be an active participant in University service activities. To be considered for the position, applicants must apply online. Applicants should provide a curriculum vitae, a list of classes taught, and past teaching evaluations. The normal teaching load is 6 courses (3 per semester). All teaching areas will be considered, but the ability to teach managerial/cost, advanced financial accounting, accounting information systems, and auditing is preferred. Applications received before December 15th, 2025 will be fully considered.
The expected 9-month base salary range (paid over 12 months) for this position is $100,000-120,000 for the Lecturer Rank, $130,000-155,000 for the Sr. Lecturer Rank. The actual pay offered to the selected candidate will be determined based on factors such as, but not limited to, candidate qualifications and prior experience, scope of responsibilities, internal equity, and market considerations.
