AP TET Answer Key 2025 Released:The Department of School Education, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, has today released the preliminary answer keys for the teachers’ eligibility exam. Candidates can download the answer keys from the official website– aptet.apcfss.in. As per the schedule, the AP TET 2025 exam was held on December 10 in computer-based test (CBT) mode and that too in two shifts each day.
As per the APTET prior schedule, the initial keys were scheduled to be released on January 2, 2026, followed by the final results on January 19, 2026. Once the objection window is closed, candidates can expect the final answer keys and results.
The AP TET, conducted annually by the Department of School Education, Andhra Pradesh, determines eligibility for teaching posts in primary and upper primary schools across the state.
Candidates who qualify for Paper I become eligible to teach Classes 1–5, while those who clear Paper II may teach Classes 6–8. Those who clear both papers become eligible for teaching positions from Classes 1–8 in government schools across Andhra Pradesh.
The APTET qualification is mandatory for appointment as teachers in government, aided, and private schools in Andhra Pradesh. As per NCTE norms, the TET certificate will remain valid for a lifetime. The APTET score will carry a 20 per cent weightage in future Teacher Recruitment Tests (TRT) conducted by the state government.
