The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay, the organising institute of the Joint Admission Test for Masters (JAM) 2026, on January 13 released the admit cards for the entrance test. The jam2026.iitb.ac.in and joaps.iitb.ac.in are hosting the JAM 2026 hall ticket. JAM 2026 will be held on February 15.
JAM is conducted to provide admissions to MSc, MSc (Tech), MS (Research), MSc – MTech Dual Degree, Joint MSc – PhD, and MSc – PhD dual degree, at the IITs for taking up science as a career option for the students. The test will be a computer-based test in seven test papers at the undergraduate level.
JAM 2026 admit card: How to download
Step 1: Go to the official website for JAM 2025 – jam2026.iitb.ac.in.
Step 2: On the home page, scroll to the exam tab and click the admit card link.
Step 3: The JAM 2025 admit card will be displayed. Open it.
Step 4: Provide the requested login details.
Step 5: Submit and download the admit card.
The JAM 2026 test papers will consist of multiple choice questions (MCQ), multiple select questions (MSQ), and numerical answer type (NAT) questions.
JAM 2026 score is also likely to be used by IISc Bengaluru, IISERs, IIPE, JNCASR, and CFTIs such as NITs, IIEST Shibpur, SLIET, DIAT through CCMN. Candidates in merit list are eligible for admission to around 3,000 seats in various postgraduate programmes at IITs. JAM 2026 result will likely be declared in March.
