The Rader School of Business (RSOB) at the Milwaukee School of Engineering (MSOE) invites applications for a full-time faculty
position in Finance and Accounting at the Assistant or Associate Professor level.
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative
educator who is passionate about preparing the next generation of technically skilled, ethically grounded business leaders. Ideal candidates
will bring expertise in finance accounting and analytics/financial technology (FinTech) and share our excitement about how artificial
intelligence is transforming the future of business decision-making. As part of a small, collaborative, and forward-thinking department, you
will play a key role in shaping the growth of our Accounting and Finance programs, working closely with faculty across business,
engineering, and computing.

Key Responsibilities
- Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in Finance and Accounting
with enthusiasm, creativity, and a focus on applied, hands-on learning. - Contribute to curriculum development, particularly in areas
integrating Al, analytics, and data-driven financial decision-making. - Engage in continuous professional development to remain
current in the discipline and emerging technologies. - Conduct scholarly and professional activities aligned with your interests and
MSOE9s mission of excellence in teaching and learning. - Provide meaningful service through participation in department, university,
and accreditation initiatives, helping to advance RSOB’s reputation for innovation and character-centered education.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or DBA in Finance, Accounting, or a closely related field (ABD candidates nearing
completion considered). - Evidence of teaching excellence and the ability to engage and inspire students.
- Commitment to
integrating emerging technologies, especially Al, analytics, or data visualization, into teaching and research. - Professional
experience, certification (CPA, CMA, CFA), or practitioner engagement is highly desirable.
