NEET PG 2026 Round 1 seat allotment is live as of October 24, 2026. Reporting and joining run from October 26 to November 2. Download the allotment letter early, confirm personal details, and plan travel. The result PDF shows your allotment and closing ranks, useful for upgrade decisions.
To check, visit the MCC portal’s PG Medical Counselling page. Open the Final Allotment Result dated 24.10.2026, verify your roll number, and then download the Allotment Letter from the dashboard when the final result is live. Avoid travel on a provisional result; wait for the final letter.

NEET PG 2026 Round 1 reporting window and campus verification
Report between October 26 and November 2; colleges treat weekends and holidays as working days. Join early because verification and fee formalities can take time. Institutes verify documents online through a Document Verification Committee and also conduct physical checks before confirming admission. Keep originals ready and respond quickly to any query.
NEET PG 2026 documents checklist at admission
Carry the MCC allotment letter, National Board of Examinations admit card, and result or rank letter. Bring MBBS professional marksheets, MBBS degree or provisional certificate, and internship completion proof. Include State Medical Council registration, Class 10 certificate, and one government photo ID. Add applicable SC, ST, OBC, EWS or valid PwD certificate, plus NRI or OCI proofs.
NEET PG 2026 Round‑1 upgrade versus free‑exit rules
Round 1 has free exit. If you do not join, you may re-enter Round 2. If you opt for upgrade and get a better seat in Round 2, your Round 1 seat is cancelled automatically. From Round 2 onward, non‑joining leads to security deposit forfeiture. Refunds are processed after counselling closure.
Not allotted in Round 1? NEET PG 2026 next steps
You remain eligible for Round 2. Log in and submit fresh choices within the official window; registration runs November 6 to 11 and choice filling November 7 to 12. Watch for overlapping state counselling to avoid dual seats. Data sharing eliminates seat holders before the stray vacancy round.
Deemed university fees, bonds and whom to contact
Confirm tuition, bond, penalties, and payment modes with colleges, especially Deemed universities; MCC does not regulate these. For counselling issues, use MCC’s helplines and official emails; finance and refund queries go to the Financial Custodian. Keep the October 26–November 2 reporting window non‑negotiable in your plan.
