Kutztown
University of Pennsylvania enrolls approximately 7,500 students across its graduate and undergraduate programs. Located in a
charming rural setting in Kutztown, Pennsylvania, the University is just a 20-minute drive from the metropolitan areas of
Allentown/Bethlehem and Reading, and about an hour from the Philadelphia metropolitan area. The University seeks to hire employees with
experience working with diverse populations.
The Department of Business Administration at Kutztown University invites applications
for multiple temporary, part-time positions for Fall 2026 and Spring 2027 in various business disciplines. These positions are at the
instructor level, and most courses will be delivered with an in-person teaching modality. A successful interview and short expository talk
are required. In accordance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement, performance review and evaluation of faculty is based on effective
teaching and fulfillment of professional responsibilities; continuing scholarly/professional growth; and service.
Courses requiring
coverage include (but are not limited to): undergraduate and/or graduate courses in Accounting (including Financial and/or Managerial
Accounting, Accounting Information Systems, Tax, Government and Not for-Profit, Auditing); Business Statistics & Analytics; Economics;
Business Data Management & Information Systems; Financial Management (including Entrepreneurial Finance, Investment, Retirement Planning);
Management (including Leadership, Project Management); Marketing (including Business Communication, Personal Selling); Supply Chain
Management.
Minimum Qualifications
A Ph.D, MBA, ABD, or Master’s degree in a related
field, and significant professional experience related to the course(s) to be taught are required.
Preferred
Qualifications
and evidence of effective teaching experience are preferred.
