For this Accounting Faculty position, we’re looking for an educator who is passionate
about teaching – whether on-site, online, or in a hybrid format – and who brings real-world accounting experience to life for students. The
ideal candidate communicates complex concepts clearly, embraces innovation and technology, and contributes to the department’s supportive

Minimum
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Accounting, Business, or a closely related field.
- Certified Public
Accountant or other relevant professional certification. - Experience designing and teaching engaging courses, including online,
hybrid, or in-person formats. - Demonstrated ability to apply inclusive, student-centered teaching practices and varied pedagogical
strategies. - Ability to integrate technology into instruction, including QuickBooks and other accounting and business applications.
- Willingness to teach across multiple modalities (on-campus, hybrid, and online).
- Excellent written and oral communication
skills. - Commitment to the mission of the community college.
- Demonstrated success teaching and mentoring a diverse student
population.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Post-Master’s credits or doctoral degree in Accounting, Business
Administration, or a related field. - Certified Public Accountant or other relevant professional certification.
- Demonstrated
proficiency in community college teaching and online course delivery. - Experience teaching introductory and advanced accounting
courses. - Experience using advanced accounting software and data analytics tools.
- Ability to contribute to
interdisciplinary instruction within the Business Department. - Experience fostering partnerships with community organizations or
local businesses.
