Bank of Baroda (BOB) has started the online application process for the recruitment of 206 managerial positions across multiple departments. Interested and eligible candidates can submit their applications through the bank’s official website, bankofbaroda.in, from August 6 to August 26, 2026.
The recruitment drive aims to fill vacancies in departments such as Digital Banking, Information Security, Security, Enterprise Data Management Office, Corporate Accounts & Taxation Planning, and Facility Management. Selection Process
The selection process may include one or more stages depending on the number of applications received and the requirements of the posts.
The recruitment process may consist of:
- Application Scrutiny
- Online Examination
- Psychometric Test
- Group Discussion (GD)
- Personal Interview (PI)
The psychometric assessment will evaluate candidates on various parameters, including communication skills, personality, problem-solving ability, leadership qualities, efficiency, adaptability, and willingness to work anywhere in India.
Online Examination Pattern
The online examination will contain 150 objective-type questions carrying a total of 225 marks. The examination duration will be 150 minutes.
The paper will include:
- Reasoning – 25 Questions
- English Language – 25 Questions
- Quantitative Aptitude – 25 Questions
- Professional Knowledge – 75 Questions
Candidates are advised to prepare thoroughly, particularly for the Professional Knowledge section, as it carries the highest weightage.
Application Fee
Candidates belonging to the General, EWS, and OBC categories are required to pay an application fee of ₹850 plus applicable payment gateway charges.
Candidates belonging to SC, ST, PwD, Ex-Servicemen (ESM), DESM, and Women categories need to pay ₹175 plus applicable payment gateway charges.
The fee can be paid online using Debit Card, Credit Card, Internet Banking, UPI, or other available digital payment methods.
